Our Service
1. Send Us Your Items
Simply pack your items securely and include a note with your full name and contact details. There is no paperwork and nothing to register - we take care of everything from the moment your parcel arrives.
Prefer not to post? We offer:
- Collection service - £24 per hour (including VAT), with a personalised quote provided.
- Free drop-off.
2. We Confirm Safe Arrival
As soon as your parcel arrives, we will get in touch to let you know it has been received and confirm what items you have sent.
3. We Photograph & Sell
We professionally photograph your items and list them on our eBay business auction platform to help achieve a strong, competitive sale price.
For complete transparency, we keep a clear record of each sale, including the final price and our commission and provide this to you on a spreadsheet.
4. You Get Paid
Once your item sells and the payment has cleared, we transfer your money to you straight away. If you would rather wait until everything has sold, we can send one combined payment instead.

Our Fees
We charge a minimum fee of £12 (including VAT) per item.
If you are sending a collection of smaller items - such as Pokémon cards or fine jewellery - this minimum fee won’t apply.
Commission Rates (Auction Sales):
- 24% (including VAT) on the first £100
- 18% (including VAT) on any amount over £100
Example:
If your item sells for £150, you’ll receive £117 after fees.
That’s £24 commission on the first £100, and £9 commission on the remaining £50.

Please Note:
We calculate our commission based on the net amount we receive from eBay (after platform fees). This helps ensure you receive the highest possible payout.
An item’s condition, style, brand and colour can affect its value, and we cannot guarantee the final sale price.
Postage is charged separately for each listing and deducted from the order total. This does not affect your commission rate - only the shipping cost is passed on.
We do not sell counterfeit items or any items we reasonably believe to be stolen. In these cases, the sender is responsible for return postage, and the £12 minimum fee per item still applies. Smaller items are also charged the minimum fee individually.
If you ask us to proceed with selling an item and the sale value does not cover the £12 minimum fee, we will retain the sale proceeds up to that amount. We will advise you in advance wherever possible.
If an item is listed but does not sell, a £6 fee per item applies to cover listing and handling. We will always advise whether an item is worth listing before proceeding.
If items are received in a condition that makes them unsuitable for sale, a £6 fee per item applies, plus return postage if you want it returned.
Very occasionally, a buyer may fail to complete their payment. If this happens, we take care of everything - we cancel the order, block the buyer, and relist the item promptly. We also clearly state our payment terms in every listing to help minimise the chances of this happening.
A direct payout may be available, but our service is often best if you want to maximise your return.
